Peoples! It's almost spring break!
Now. I'm normally a pretty imaginative and creative person when it comes to thinking up new things to do, but I'm having a writer's block! Plus, the heating in our house isn't working because we ran out of fuel and my hands are so frozen right now it's hard to type and I keep making mistakes and then have to fix them.
The zoo sounds like A LOT of fun right now, and I would go right now but 1) i don't have any money because of lack of babysitting jobs and 2) I have to hide easter eggs for the primary today.
Haha. I have a chicken.
Ummmm.....we have only one chicken left and it's very depressing. He just sits in the backyard all day, eats, and poops. He always has done this, but now he does it all alone. What's strange is that this chicken is female and for some reason I see it as a male. Maybe because I named it Moe. And it's darker colored.
As soon as it dies though we can get baby chickens and the most fun thing ever is naming them. The last time I named a chicken I was so young and it was a lame name. Now that I'm older I can put meaning into the names I give. Because it was yellow I named it Sunshine. That was ridiculous. I like to put hidden meanings into things and so when I get a new set of chickens I think I'll research some interesting things in the encyclopedia first and then name accordingly.Penelope's a good, strong name.

You can name a new chicken Gertrude after mine that died. It's a good strong name.
nothing more sad than eating and pooping alone. Can I name a chicken? I think I am one of the few in our family who never did.

I second that! How about the name Steve? It's been stuck in my head for some reason--or Bernadette and you can call it burnsie for short.
