Flavored Water?

Tonight was our second performance for "Once Upon a Mattress," and it went rather well. I made sure to keep my lucky Trojan in my pocket throughout the entire show, so I think it went well because of him. He's not lucky because he caused me luck anytime before, but I think this show earned him his wings and has been promoted to THE Lucky Trojan. By the way, he's a little warrior dude that is strangely overweight and reminds me of the Trojans so I keep him in my pocket. He WAS in my bathroom counter for the longest time but now, since he's lucky , he'll be with me for all of our performances and possibly a few math tests as well.
On another note, I tasted flavored water today. The Berry Pomegranate is my favorite so far, because I tried Orange-Lime and it wasn't quite as good. I always avoided it because the thought always occurred as "Why should I pay $1.25 for water? aka water-down juice?" but since sampling it I whole-heartedly agree that it's best before play rehearsals and sport etc.
I also mended three problems with a dress today for one of the dancers.( I've noticed that when the performers come in and ask for help with their costumes they are very polite and sound really scared and ashamed. I on the other hand am also, because I find it to be the costumers fault if a costume needs a repair, but I think the performers think it's their fault. In the end we get a lot of polite people wither way.) Problem 1: A tear in the armpit, which is common because it's by a seam and it get stretched a lot. Problem 2: A loose eye. aka a hole for hooks to grab onto when we pin up the dresses to look more fancy, and Problem 3: a rip near the hem on the bottom of the dress.
I like fixing the mistakes. Creating the costumes is hard, but mending them is a relaxing thing to do while they wait. Probably not relaxing to them though because they have to wait half-naked until you're done.
We had an idea today for a costume crew shirt. On the front it would say BHS COSTUME CREW, and on the back it would say WITHOUT US THEY'D ALL BE NAKED. Or something along those lines.

I really like that idea for a shirt - like, a whole lot. And that trojan guy is my prize from a kinder-joy egg. He's a character from the Asterix comics.
